Have you ever tried calling one of those customer service numbers and been on hold forever? I’ve been trying to call “Asia Miles” (frequent flyer program) and been on hold forever (called 5 times and been on hold for a total of 6 hours) and never ever got to a live person .
I’ve been googling and it seems that there are others who share the same experience.
Anyway, here is a web site I found (Gethuman.com)where it lists shortcuts to get a human on the other end.
